The light from the bulb is very bright and worked successfully in replacing the extremely hot halogen bulbs in my torchiere lamps. The low wattage should pay for itself withing a year by saving electricity!

I've been wanting to replace the conventional bulb in this lamp for years. This one did the trick. I did have to make some modifications to the lamp to allow for this unit to fit into the connectors but now it's perfect and good to go for many years to come.

It’s been tricky scouring for the right replacements for halogen lamps and this is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Just right for the light fixture. Sufficient lumens as described for the wattage, way better than other products I’ve tried. Dims smoothly without flickering. Switches on without perceptible lag. Hope it lasts for a long time.

I wanted a more energy efficient bulb that would not be as hot as the sun. The LED replacement bulb worked perfectly and is dimmable.
