I bought these to replace some aging 100 watt halogen bulbs in a couple of wall sconces in my basement. The LEDs appear to be slightly brighter than the halogens they replaced. The 3000k warm white colour is just perfect for my needs, all my other basement lights are 2700k-3000k range and these blend in nicely.
