I replaced halogen bulbs in a bathroom fixture, and what a difference! I first tried the non-corncob LEDS, that were compared to a 100W Halogen, and they were about as bright as 40W bulb. These are advertised as comparable to a 200W Halogen, and they are perfect for the room. They seem to be similar to a day-light color, not at all yellow, and easily dim down to a very low level. I'm so pleased I found these after other frustrating bulbs fell far short of the task.

Saves energy. It will not heat the light fixture.

The floor lamps these went into normally have 300 watt old style tubular bulbs. These replacements are equivalent to 200W, so they'll be slightly dimmer if you are used to turning your old lamps to full. But they are adequatly bright, seem well made, and at just 20watts, will help reduce our electric usage and costs. I will buy them again!

Gives better lighting than halogen lights for seeing your face in mirror, only downside is now you can see wrinkles!🤷🏻‍♂️

My skepticism was high with these but I am quite pleased. Two weeks in and all seems good, time will tell how long they last. They are definitely a 200 watt replacement, which is exactly what I wanted.
